I think you all know why they are marching in Coatbridge today, it's their "culture" we've been told ha. Anyone who knows the area will tell you they hang tri colours out when the walk passes. There will prob be some bother, we just avoid it and head out to the trossachs or some place that does not have a walk.

Doesn't matter what side you're on attacking a place of worship is totally out of order.

Agreed though the actual graffiti is in no way sectarian, their motives however must have been.

Not to mention Drumcree and Ardoyne over here. :31:

Luckily the Ardoyne lads don't take kindly to it :50:

Claiming that the use of the name Bobby Sands is sectarians is in itself sectarian.

The OO are in talks with Ardoyne residents this year.

It has been peaceful so far this year and i think that will continue.

Maybe a tiny bit of rioting, but nothing major.

Im a pretty liberal guy. Brought up by a Catholic mum and a Protestant dad and taught to respect all regardless of creed, race, sexuallity and beliefs. I have a half arabic girlfriend and my future father in law is muslim. I'm an easy going guy. But these 'marches', Im hestitant to call it a march as in reality it's a bigotfest, make my blood boil. Already, I've seem grown men drunk and spouting hatred. Glorifying a battle that took place hundreds of years a go, clinging on to some narrowminded, warped belief that it was a crusade, is just downright embarrassing, cringeworthy and pathetic.

I saw a wee kid on the train being dragged along to this gathering and I felt pity. What chance does she have in life? None. Her parents archaic views will be passed on and the infestation will continue.

If the KKK/Neo *'s marched through a city celebrating their hate and 'culture', there would be a national outcry. But the 'peepul' are allowed as it's their 'cultchuur'. Ban it all. If this so called 'greatest wee nation in the world' has any hope or future, these demonstrations need to stop.

    (And breathe)

As horrible as the Orange Order are,and as hyporitical as the SNP are in regards to combating sectarianism,I don't think it should be banned. You go down a dangerous route when you start banning things you don't like,if the OO were or were heavily restricted then you can guarantee other groups like trade unions, anti war protestors etc would be affected too.
