I didn't see them all as I fell asleep during the game :52: Hartson's was alright and Walkers was a rebound from a well saved shot by the wee 14 year old Furez.

This is Naylor's first and last hat-trick in his lifetime.

Correct, he had a good shot that was saved by Brown and Walker got the re-bound

Tommy Burns said great things about him, I think he's originally from Somalia

I was absolutely disgusted with the reaction Di Canio got today. An admitted fascist not only tolerated but applauded and revered by the Celtic support. Disgraceful.

^ Well, had I been there I wouldn't have booed him. I wasn't expecting him to be booed but I definitely wasn't expecting him to be hero-worshipped either.

He was a great player for Celtic and thats what most fans would have remembered.
Like a number of people have already said, today was about Tommy.

Honestly, I think I will. It's been building for a long time but I think today it finally hit home with me that I have nothing in common with the majority of Celtic fans anymore. :54:

I could never stop supporting Celtic, but I'm pretty sure I won't be going to matches from next season onwards.

That would be a shame mate but we all care about the team not religion or politics .We all have our own beliefs but who is to say they are right or wrong but I would never preach my beliefs to anyone outside my own family

^ I agree with you in general, but certain beliefs (like fascism and racism) are the exception to me.

Anyway, I just wanted to make a point about Di Canio, not get into a discussion about my dissatisfaction with Celtic. This thread is for discussing Tommy's tribute match so let's stay on topic.

    Good day, good day.

Pierre could still be playing for us today and young Islam Feruz looks like one * of a prospect, he looked totally at home taking it to the present team.

What did you want, all the fans to sit in silence,he was a hero and a fantastic player when he was at celtic......seriously if everyone sat in silence, what a field day the press would have tomorrow.

This ? why even bring it up today was for Tommy they applauded him because he was a good player during his time with us no matter what his political views are they have nothing to do with football. Good game was nice to see some of the old favorites back.
