Some of you forget how good he was Pre-Lennon... Had a lot more to his game than Moussa did and most of us rightly said he was the more complete player at the time. Then something snapped... Fallen right off the boil! Not our problem now though :50:

He actually got better after Lennons appointment. He was looking * hot after the winter break in 2020 until lockdown. He definitely hasn't been the same since lockdown

Aye your right there! Some people just don't have the right attitude, I think it comes down to the wages they get for making minimal effort.. Young players anyway!

He was a top class player and that is why we commanded a big fee in his last year. Yes he did let his head drop but some of the posts on here is OTT. I still like the big man.

Away to fit park before lockdown he was a 25m player, top form and improving. Those empty stadium days he looks like he couldn't be arsed. A slight revival about December if I remember correctly but after we lost 1 0 at ibrox it was done.

Played his part this season......getting us good money for total rebuild and players who have given us one helluva season.

Unlike Ajer and Dembele, I really don’t think he’s got another level to him other than Crystal Palace.

Happy to be proven wrong but top teams don’t want a selfish, indecisive forward that does something great once every three games and thinks that’s enough.

Anytime I’ve seen him outside his debut they’ve played him as a winger.

    Bizarre in all honesty.

I'll admit i was one of them, i thought he had more to his game and would end up being a better player for us - Covid happened and the rest is history.

Tbh I don’t think Dembele has a level above being a relatively regular scorer for Lyon (Atletico loan last year was a disaster), but that’s still a ceiling much higher than anything Eddy will attain if he keeps on his current trajectory….

Dembele not exactly high flying right now. Edouard still has time.

Did he not faint in training when he got there and turned out he had long covid?

    * that’s true actually. My bad. Well in any case, I think he’s probably at about his level at this stage, which mind you is not a bad level at all!

Ajer definitely has the highest ceiling of the three IMO.

He’s 3rd top scorer in France only behind Mbappe, Ben Yedder and someone else, not bad for a team struggling midtable! I honestly think he’d do well at a big club like Man Utd or similar, remember his goals v Man City in the CL and he’s still only 25 too

Glad to see the back of him to be honest, unreliable due to his mood swings, never a Ange player. 'We dont stop', in Edouards case last year it was 'we dont * start'. His attitude in his last year for us was * shocking. Crystal Palace better hope he doesnt decide hes too good for them or he will go into a sulk until he is moved to some other struggling mid table EPL club. If he had a first class attitude to match his ability hed one * of a player. Needs to pull his finger out of his * and fulfil his potential before he finds himself in his 30's and wondering what could have been.
