So it’s the partnerships of the likes of Van Dijk and Forster you’re saying we can’t replace, not the quality of player?

Why do you have to be deliberately awkward mate, do you enjoy it?

I wasn't. (Not on here, granted)

It wasn't only this season that he held onto the ball far too long and ran into players. His indecision on the ball is not something exclusive to this season. I thought that was something that would improve with experience, but if anything it’s gotten worse. But he's still young, so hopefully, for his sake, he improves that side of his game, because it will prevent him from moving up a level.

We won't sign strikers as good or better than Dembele and Edouard for a long time, the end, no more to be said.

And yet we thought that with Moussa and replaced him with Eddy. The players are out there, we just need to be set up in a way we can bring them in.

The only way we sign world class players is if we buy them before they are considered or recognised as world class and are developed.

Molde signed Haaland for £90k when he was 17. That’s the sorta * we need to be doing.

Hjelde and dembele can go far if managed correctly.

I’d keep Hjelde at County next season, as long as Yogi’s there. Developing him nicely, get a full season under his belt under a manager who plays football. Will set him up nicely for us.

If it's Harkin dof and Howe coach there should be a good structure there to recognise, sign and develop talent and bring on the considerable talent thats already within the club

I dont think Edouard reached the levels of performances Moussa did for us. Not near as many big game performances

Its the same as Van Dijk and Denayer pairing. Played together for a very limited time and were at different stages of development and we didnt see anywhere near the best of what that partnership had to offer.

Think people are forgetting just how many big game performances he has had and Moussa’s quiet spells.

moussa offered so much more. As good as a player Edouard can be facing goal, he is almost no use in the air and doesnt carry any kind of physicality.
    So languid and nonchelant.

He's been very poor this season but we can't forget how immense he was previously. Big question marks over how far he will go in the future though, his mentality has to be questioned. I was convinced he'd be top class before but now I'm not so sure.

    Thanks for the memories, Eddy.

Class player on his day but one we can easily replace IMO.

How the mighty have fallen. He was being hero worshipped this time last season, he will now shuffle out the door with a barely a whimper. Another one who should hang his head in shame due to his stinking attitude that resulted in cringeworthy performances from a guy who is capable of so much more. His weak as * 'attempt' at goal against Sevco
in the recent Scottish Cup game summed up his attitude this season.

Good player who ultimately made an absolute * of it while selling 10 in a row down the river. Bye now.
