I honestly think 3-5-2 would destroy teams domestically..

    Gordon
    Lustig Simunovic KT
    Roberts Ntcham Brown Sinclair
    Rogic
    Griffiths Dembele

Absolutely outrageous line up . Broony drops into the back 3 allowing KT to bomb forward when we have the ball. Armstrong, Forrest , McGregor, Eduoard all getting regular game time aswell as we rotate.
Would have Boyata in the back 3 as opposed to Lustig though .

to think we have dembele, nctham now eduord.the French are producing a constant conyeur belt of talent at the minute with probably only germans and Spanish ahead of them.

You just have to look at the depth of the French National team, immediately indicates that the French market is a good one to look at, and I'm chuffed that we are.

Someone said that, when Scotland next play France, it'll be Celtic vs. Celtic. :56:

While this is probably true I think it would be a bad idea to do it regularly. You want to be playing the same style/formation as much as possible so the team are entirely comfortable with it, if we then have to change that for Europe, which will be our toughest games all season, to a system the players are less used to it can only be to the detriment of the team.

It's fine if we play it occasionally due to injuries, or in cup games, or as the situation demands, I just don't think it would be good for us to play it regularly.

Seems to be really highly rated and, without pigeon-holing him, he appears to be the type of player who has done very well for us in recent times - specifically when attracting interest from England.

Talented, but perhaps equally importantly he's big and athletic. Not unlike Wanyama, Van Dijk, Dembele and, more recently, Ntcham. Hopefully he can fit that mould and do a turn for us.

It looks brilliant on paper, and maybe we could switch to it late on in games when bringing on the extra striker, but I'm sure we tried something similar last season and nearly dropped a few points.

definently, its a market we haven't really explored before.its good to see that changing.its real bargain hunters paradise.

look at arsenal guys like, gael clichy free, francis coquelin free, alex song 1million,emanauel adebayor 3 million, emmanauel eboue free, kolo toure 150,000.all would have been affordable and realistic signings.

I'll predict he'll score at least double figures this season.

Players can adapt to formations easily tho and for me that formation allows all our best players on the park at once.. not advocating we start games in the CL playing 3-5-2 but we could certainly switch to it..

The difference this season is Ntcham he's such an intelligent player and his use of the ball is excellent..

Would love this if we are chasing a game but I wouldn't use it off the bat unless it's a cup game like 3rd round.

Roberts and Sinclair would mot get up and down the wings like our wide players under O'Neill.

Still looks sexy as * on paper though
