    They tried a new design last season with thin blue pinstripes, wasn't bad but looks like they're going back to basics for next season.

    Aye mate, they make good kits, always thought their quality was better than Nike aswell as far as our kits were concerned.

    There was a few blips with the umbro kits over the years but from the 1940s to the 2000s they made our best and most iconic kits

    Brands are a funny thing. Never in a million years did I think Ellesse would come back in fashion. I can just imagine in 20 years a wee kid getting made fun of in the playground for wearing puma trainers because Fila is the cool brand :56:

    No doubt about it Umbro had much better quality then Nike. Funny thing was for a few years there when Nike made our kits they actually owned Umbro but even then the Ireland kits I had by Umbro were still better quality then the Celtic ones by Nike I had.

    Three utter beauties :100:

    I must admit I was a bit p1ssed off a couple of years ago when Scotland (rugby) moved from Canterbury to Macron - but you know what? They've given us exactly what we wanted (navy blue shirt, white shorts & navy blue socks) - Canterbury never managed that.

    All they have to do is get rid of that stupid logo and their kit would be top notch.

    It actually is a nice looking away top for Aberdeen to be fair I agree. The Sporting kits look superb as well. The Black kit design would make for a great Celtic away top.
