    Does he know our best 11?
    Does he know our best system?
    Does he know where to fit the player's in?

    It's disastrous at this point..

    The board need to take that decision themselves.

    * how it ended with Rodgers but we need to show that ambition again. We need a serious investment and overhaul of management.

    My only consolation is that the Huns will probably qualify for next stage of Europa league and we won’t, giving them a pile up of fixtures like 2008

    a know sad day when you’re hoping the scum go on a good European run

    I'm genuinely struggling to get why you stand by him. What have you seen to make him think he's the man we've been * for months we're now nearly in November and he doesn't know his best formation never mind best team.

    We’d have to be in a very deep hole for him to go. No way the board is going to risk changing the manager in such a big season. If the new manager doesn’t win it they’d be blamed. If Lennon doesn’t win it they can blame him and sack him.

    We're at the stage now where it's beyond the players we play or the way we set up, the most important person at a football club is the manager, the players badly need leadership right now, someone to come in and galvanize the squad.

    That amazing run included throwing away a lead at home against Copenhagen, by the way.

    Stop living in the past. We’re 16 games into the season and have had about 2 good displays.

    Outplayed by the huns in the last 3 meetings. Failed in two CL qualifying campaigns. Playing rotten football. Players look disillusioned. Lennon looks utterly drained and has done for months.

    If it was Deila you wouldn’t have this blind faith.
