Do we stick with lennon in the biggest season to date or do we change everything 1 month into the season?

A lot was made of the fact that when the rat left us JK wanted to stay, i would really love to know what his input is, is he a defensive coach, if not then what does he actually do ?

Our defence looks so fragile, i just wonder what the players actually do in training, what are the methods being employed because the players look all over the shop.

No they won't. Prof is saying what we are all saying.

Its calling the manager an * and pish about getting the job in the shower, which was 2 * years ago, that is scumbag behaviour.

Did you see his goal against Hamilton ? I mean why not put rarely instead of never ? That is just stupid.

Yeah and that's one of the ones I'm referring to. Didn't seem too clean a strike to me

I’ve thought this for a while. What does he do?? When was the last time we had a solid defender. All this ball playing * can get to *. A defender needs to win the ball and be hard a *. It’s not his job to set attacks up. Win the ball and give it to others in the team that do that.

People using personal abuse of Lennon to deflect away from his failure as a manager. Its football, you * up you get it tight.. and he wasnt slow in blaming players last night for his * up.

The fact of the matter is he doesnt learn from his mistakes. He is unable to change a game when we are losing a big game. He hasn't a * scooby when it comes to making a substitution and his lack of squad rotation is abysmal.

He has now been on charge of three massive clusterfucks in Europe which have ALL been his fault.

He beat Lazio twice from a losing position.

Not making excuses for last night but to say he doesn't know how to do it is just wrong.

I do agree. I've been massively critical but won't stoop to insults.

Believe it or not I still like the guy - he's done a lot for Celtic. I just don't think he's the right man for the job and it's hugely frustrating to watch some of his managerial decisions sometimes. Sadly it's his reputation that's suffering now, and he's to blame for it.

I never blame the manager as much as players. Easy to say at home should’ve gone 442 but his striking options are mediocre excluding Eddy.

That’s THE biggest thing in it for me...

The inability to spot when a change is required and to make it at the right time.

The lineups and formations are now an added frustration.

Last night it was clear from the outset that it was all wrong and yet again the changes were badly timed. Yes... chance after chance was missed.. and sloppiness saw us go behind when it looked at least like extra time was coming - but selection / formation / setup were the root problem.

We are used to the dugout struggling to come up with a ‘plan B’ or introducing a ‘plan B’ too late to have an impact....

... but last night it felt like there wasn’t even a ‘Plan A’.

How long is he going to live off beating Lazio? Strachan, O'Neil and Lenny all had great results against big names in Europe. But when their time is up its up. Lennons time here was up first time around.

And perhaps if he had played a striker from the start we would have scored with one of those 20 odd chances. We will never know.

I was in the camp that didn't want Lenny back, as I felt (and still feel) he is tactically poor. When it was clear we were definitely getting him I was ok with it if he got a number 2 that was tactically astute to take up the slack. That didn't, and still hasn't, happened.

I'm a bit conflicted as I obviously want him to do well while he is here, and when he sets up right at the start of the game, and things are going well, we can play some great football. Where he falls down is when things aren't going right, and everyone else can see where the problem is, but he either doesn't see it, or refuses to do anything about it until it is (often) too late. I still feel that if he got that tactical support he would do well. I just have my doubts as to whether he is flexible enough to accept he needs it.
