My favorite moment? The whole "great news today for Rangers FC" on the day Neil was appointed.

I was one of the doubters but I've never been more happy to be proved wrong.

 

I was raging after tne final. Thought he was the wrong man,a terrible appointment,thought they rushed it. Was just generally scunnered. 100 % wrong. Don't see us throwing it away now. We have been relentless under Lennon. It absoloutely has a great deal to do with him. Our stats are incredible. Hands are well up.

 

Honestly baffled by his determination to keep both Ajer and Jozo on the park at the same time.

Were Ely, Rogic and Brown even fully fit tonight?

I thought we were playing 3 at the back at times because Ajer was all over the place and we were so exposed so easily after numerous errors from Brown and Jozo.

Why the * did we wait until around 75 minutes to change anything?

So many of us have held our hands up with regard to our reaction at the time of his appointment, but that's another huge game over the past few months he's failed to set us up to deal with a high press and a bit of pressure.

All you have to do is get in our face and we crumble, it's shocking.

From back to middle we're so sloppy, it's school boy stuff at times.

His faith in simunovic is * ridiculous. Glowing praise in near enough every interview he gives yet he's absolutely woeful. Costs us time and time and time again. Didn't strengthen in January and as expected its blown up in our face.

Also that was embarrassingly similar to the cluj mess.

 

Thank * the huns have shat the bed against the diddy teams of the league because they'll be due another 6 points against us. Our defence is a complete riot and we go out and sign two guys in January that are playing for our development team. Madness.

He got it wrong tonight, badly wrong.

As i said in the other thread he's been brilliant this season, beating Lazio twice, our response to the huns beating us, but Cluj and now Copenhagen will remain his blemishes, and they're pretty big.

Not signing a CB in January was a complete failure by him, Simunovic is nowhere near Celtic class and Ajer, despite his important goals in the other end, has been ropey as * recently. All it takes is an injury to Jullien and the rest of our season is in danger.

If he beats them at Ibrox again and we win the treble nights like tonight will be forgotten about, but tonight will hurt for a while. He really should have started Griffiths and brought Simunovic off at half time.

any * could see simunovic didn't look like a footballer within the first 15 minutes of the first, tactics completely wrong today and it cost us, again.

 

Let’s be honest, he’s an incredibly average manager whose shortcomings are covered up by us having 10 times the budget of most of the competition.
