Neil Lennon has signed a contract extension that will keep him at Celtic Park until 2023. The extension is seen as a major vote of confidence for the under-fire boss, in spite of Celtic’s poor form.

Actually unbelievable how long this is being allowed to carry on. The idea that they're not even considering replacing him is incomprehensible. There's no point relying on Lennon doing the right thing. All you can do is try and take some comfort in knowing that he won't be here forever. It will be such a relief when he's gone, but it's criminal this hasn't been addressed already.

He has well and truly undone the good work he had done at the club and his comments are embarrassing. Not sure what his plans are after this * show but he needs removed for his own good.

Don't give a * about this season any more, had accepted we weren't winning it some time ago. We're winning * all with a manager who continually plays people like Duffy, plays people out of position, drops better performing players, and brings on defensive players with 10 mins to go against * Livingston.

Moving forward, the only thing I'm clinging to is that the board are working on something in the background. People were pleasantly surprised when Rodgers came in. Hopefully they have something similar in mind this time round. It's * genuinely worrying to think that they have no idea what to do to fix this, because their silence is deafening.

However, and don't mean to be a doomsdayer, but in this current situation, I'm not sure which coaches we're realistically able to consider unless someone like DD is willing to take a fairly substantial financial hit.

 

He's actually just a mercenary now, taking every penny he can because he knows he won't get another job.....no integrity whatsoever.
