    New poster just done a bit of thinking about current squad could we have charlie back to left back & get bronny back in there just a thought izzynot playing to well?

    no too slow at left back, his worst position IMO!

    Broony is about 4-6 weeks away too!

    He doesn't really fit in anywhere to be honest. He was great at CB a couple of years ago but appears to have completely lost it. He's a liability at times.

    you being serious dont take the *, the captain doesnt even have the right to play let alone the vice captain, remember paul lambert and tom boyd hardly played in their last season at celtic also stephen mcmanus too!!!

    I would prefer Mulgrew at left back to Izzyguire.
    Izzyguire is a liability just now, and I hope he is dropped for the vital return game with Maribor.

    CB is where he should be at. No where else.
    He isn't fast enough to play anywhere else, specially at LB with the way we expect our full backs to play. Midfield he seems to think he must prance around the whole pitch and gets caught way out of position too often and looks lost as *. Back to CB where he works best, sitting back, waiting to break up attacks, not roaming so far up the pitch that he is a liability to the whole point of playing a supposed DM.

    doesn't have to play at all just because he is vice captain doesnt mean he is guaranteed a start it is a holding midfielder that will be dropped currently mulgrew or johannsen and i dont see johannsen being dropped

    dont think he is lazy covers some amount of ground but goes to far forward in europe.

    just not playing great just now im confident he will find the good form we are accustomed to but i feel he needs competition in his position he is near enough guaranteed a starting place no matter how he is playing

    Jst feel his game is lacking at the min eg giving ball away, getting to far forward & getting caught out looks to be carrying a bit of weight aswell.
