    Hope that happens.

    £80m cheers.

I don't know if Barca could actually afford him, tbh, come to think of it.

Celtic have more than enough money to bring him home.
2 seasons in the CL group stages will pay for him, and on the 3rd season win it.

    DEMBELE = Goals = 15 in a row = Champion League winners.

Bizarre he can't get in that French squad.

Surely is going this summer which will give us a nice wee cash boost.

Mad they don't start him. Sooner he gets away from them the better for him, and us with a big fee hopefully.

Thinking of him now, he's a bit part player now and we're getting peanuts for him now.

The gravy train has run dry with our team now.

DD will need to get his fingers in his pocket as the multi. Millions we thought we'd get for Moussa and some of our players has nose dived now.

They wanka over the road will pick up more on 1 or 2 players now than we'll get on the majority of our squad.

    * woulda scored a hatty yesterday probably. He was a proper zombie skelper. Scoring perfect hattys, fancy flick double nutmegs, panenkas, dinking the keeper, sweet half volleys....

Moussa Dembele has no interest in a move to West Ham in the January window, reports Amitai Winehouse.

There were suggestions on Thursday that West Ham had made contact with the player. But The Athletic understands that this is not the case.

Dembele is said to be focused on playing for Lyon, who are top of Ligue 1 and hope to go far in this season’s Champions League. He has made 16 appearances this season for Lyon.

At the moment, the 24-year-old views that as more exciting than a switch to east London.

West Ham are looking to bring in another striker as Sebastian Haller is on the cusp of a €22.5 million switch to Ajax. Michail Antonio is their first choice up front, but they will need to bring in another forward due to his injury record.

I think we should be phoning up and offering Lyon a straight swap for Klimala. Im sure Dembelle has learned his lesson - that there are no bigger clubs than Celtic and that he was stupid to leave.

Klimala for Dembelle - straight swap - no brainer

Following Diego Costa's departure, Atletico Madrid were forced to head into the transfer market to find a potential replacement and have managed to do so as they are closing in on signing Lyon's Moussa Dembele.

Los Rojiblancos had also placed Real Sociedad forward Willian Jose on their radar, but they finally decided to move for the Frenchman.

As MARCA reported on Thursday, Dembele has been among the favourites to replace Costa, with the 24-year-old striker likely to join Atletico on loan.

No compulsory purchase option will be included in the deal between the two parties and his future will depend on his performances until June.

Dembele, who is currently sidelined through a broken arm, has struggled this season at Lyon for whom he produced some excellent displays in the 2019/20 campaign when he scored 16 goals in Ligue 1.

He also netted twice in the Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City to help Lyon knock out the Sky Blues and progress to the 2019/20 semi-final.

The deal between Lyon and Atletico Madrid has yet to be sealed but everything indicates that a total agreement could be reached soon.

If confirmed, Atleti will have added a striker with different virtues to those of Luis Suarez to their squad.

The Frenchman will try his luck abroad again following his spells at Fulham and Celtic, where he began to show glimpses of his talent.

Speaking to Téléfoot Chaine, Lyon Sporting Director Juninho confirmed that French youth international striker Moussa Dembélé is keen to make the move to Atletico Madrid this month.

“There is a possibility. Moussa came to see me, he thinks that this is the moment to change teams, that he has lost a bit of motivation, this was not something we foresaw, I like him a lot. Keeping someone who does not really want to live in an intense way through the next five months, that is not ideal. We are in talks with Atletico, I think that Moussa has found an agreement with Atletico.”

Some move for him that if it goes through. Great opportunity to become of the biggest names in Europe if he sticks in.
