I think this is a point where we should see about getting a loan from whichever club buys him.
Lyon have Gouiri who is 18 but never scored at senior level. Cornet, who will probably be a bench player for them this season but still played a lot last season so wouldn't let go but he scores roughly 10 a season, 21 years old.
Marseille have 30 year old Mitroglou, he only played in half their games last season, probably wouldn't let him go but he is there. Njie, 25, who scored 9 last season again not a regular starter. 19 year old Sari who is yet to score. 20 year old Chabrolle who is yet to play.

Very shortsighted of some folk on here to use his lack of development, since his first season, as a reason to sell and stating he’s overrated.

Two key points are being overlooked, he was injured at times. Infact, injuries across the squad have increased substantually.

His form is not quite what it was, or, his rapid development has tapered off. Well, he’s operating in a team that’s been way under par and that’s going back to last season. Yes we won a treble but we were hardly performing well.

It’s fair to argue, how can you expect any a young player to keep developing well and performing to high levels when the team as a whole are, well... very poor.

 

Unless that ITK guy is Rodgers I'll be taking it with a full pack of salt

Been Speaking to a guy I know on the inside this morning. Reports are that Moussa doesn't actually want to leave, has never requested to leave and it's Celtic who are actively trying to punt him by offering him around Europe. He doesn't want to be rushed and is p*issed off by the way we are handling this, especially since we are presenting it to the public that its the exact opposite.
Take with a huge pinch of salt as always but the report is from a credible source. Nothing would surprise me anymore with the board however.
