    Wouldn’t mind him signing , reminds me of kayal and I thought his first season he was superb. Anyone wanting a midfield destroyer are going to be disappointed as this doesnt suit anges style. He wants someone who can tackle but is fairly quick and can pass

    Watched the highlights there, his goal was a cracker. Looked fuming when he scored too, obviously about starting on the bench. He wouldn't be my first choice but I'd take him here.

    To be fair ive not really seen any of him, i just presumed he would be a 6 back for mcgregor. I would be suprised if we want him as our option of 8, surely michut makes more sense money wise etc

    Mohammad Abu Fani has been at the centre of speculation regarding a potential move to Celtic this summer.

    The link went as far as to claim Hoops scouts had been to watch the Israeli midfielder during yesterday evening's stunning Maccabi Haifa win over Olympiacos in Greece. Football Scotland has been first and spot on this summer with a number of issues surrounding Ange Postecoglou and his recruitment drive ahead of the new season. And we have now been told by two separate sources that Fani, 24, is NOT being looked at by the Scottish champions.


    We can also reveal that there were no representatives of the club watching from the stands as Fani scored the fourth and final goal of his side's impressive Champions League qualifier to knock their opponents out over two legs.


    Football Scotland understands the player may well indeed leave Maccabi Haifa this summer but the likelihood of it being to Glasgow with Celts is very low.


    Fani is looked after by Dudu Dahan who has had a strong working relationship with Celtic over the years.

    The likes of Nir Bitton, Liel Abada and Ismaila Soro have all been signed following negotiations with Dahan and the link was tenable in that sense.

    Mate the painter in my work was spot on with him, * he knew he was away to Europe to meet with Celtic for a medical and work permit before anyone in media. Even @McGrory1888 heard about it before them. They are guessing
