Brilliant images, was a beautiful goal.

What a run and pass to find him from Callum.

Is it just me or is the players backing lustig to the hilt to try get him a new contract?

Hopefully he ends the season on a high, and finishes of his Celtic career with the best wishes from everyone.

He's went downhill in recent years, but has been a fantastic servant, has given his all and has taken the club to his heart.

Would happily give him a new contract if it’s on reduced wages and as a backup to a new right back

Lustig may have his best years behind him now, but he has been a magnificent player for the club who always given his best. (Whatever his level,of fitness)

I've no objection if he gets an extension to his current deal, equally he will unquestionably leave with our utmost respect if it doesn't happen.

Not many players leave with that level of respect and gratitude.

Love what he's brought to us but we need to be improving in key area's now and pushing on..

Great servant and after the cup final he'll go with my best wishes, genuinely. Don't say that about many player's..

He has earned his extra year, no doubt.

We need a right back but he’s an experienced squad leader and will be invaluable next season.

His celebration notification is brilliant, lol.

    A wee thumbs up.

Guy was brilliant today and crossing is superb.

I'd rather he left in good terms.

Izzy left and I loved the wee guy. Now he's back and he's pure * and I want to pull my eyes oot ma heed when he plays.

That's the key thing. His personality and experience are great to have around the club but, like Sinclair, I would question the logic of giving big wages to someone who shouldn't be first choice. It is very important that the board and manager get the balance right.

Many mention happy to have him extend on reduced terms ,no disrespect to those who say that but I would add , players like lustig dont give less than 100% in everything celtic they do ,he's not in his twenties ,unfortunately, but don't let that diminish wot he gives to our club , people come and go in the life of celtic but ,some come and find love and those are the real celtic men who dont walk ,they stay and fight for us fans ,should they be given less when they show more than most would .
