He went down south and failed too, which is another reason not to think he'd do well at a big club like ours. No thanks.

If Sevco weren't linked with him nobody on here would probably have ever thought about him.

He's one of those players like Jim O'Brien, Danny Swanson, David Goowillie, Mark Reynolds or Don Cowie who's an ok SPL player and would probably go down to England and float about a few diddy teams and end up back in the SPL.

He's already been down south and played at a few clubs, at a young age. He's now come back up and done well.

ILTC, maybe yer stuck in a time warp or something, but you'll be glad to know you're prediction has already happened some years ago. He's now back in Scotland.

    End product on the right.

Why not, because Sevco are interested? We can't be pinching their players for the sake of it, but we can if they are potentially capable of making 15 goals a season.

Has it not occurred to anybody that the reason he's looked good against Celtic and Rangers because both teams play a high line and leave little defensive cover on the wing? Can't see him unlocking a packed defence too often and he doesn't have the skill of Mackay Steven or Forrest

Johnny Hayes and Niall McGinn are better, if we wanted to waste money on a * whod never get a game we'd be as well buying 1 of them.

He's on three more assists than Hayes in fewer games. McGinn's on eleven assists, one more than O'Halloran, playing two games more for Aberdeen.

Question is can they do this?

Just to touch on the packed defence part

It's only a packed defence when the other team has something to hold on too. If we are in front and force them to come on to us more a player with real pace frightens and hurts sides, but don't think this guy has the quality

Oh * off. He may heave earned a move to a Hearts , Aberdeen or Rangers but he is never going to make it at a club as big as Celtic - with our resources we should be aiming for much better.

He did assist yesterday but other than that young Tierney had him
    In his back pocket
