Was he not about when Barnes was manager ? Don't remember him playing though.

 

wolves must be looking ahead to life in the championship already if he is the level of player they want.

 

He flicked the ball over some boys head in the youth cup. Just like ozzie ardiles. Thought he would be great.

 

Remember him when he was at Dundee.

Scored an absolute belter against us at Parkhead.

Never made the grade with us obviously.

 

Played a few games in the first team at just 16 think it was under Kenny Dal, left the club too early IMO, was in and around the first team squad at the time and was still only 19 but decided to leave for Dundee, since then he has been at a * load of clubs and even had a trial with the huns.

 

google the "fozzy flip"....outstanding........his early promise didnt materialise.

I don't remember him making an appearance with us, though I do remember him at Dundee. Decent player for them I think, not sure why Wolves would be looking at him.

 

John Kennedy was the youngest player in our history to play for the first team when Dalglish gave him his debut and then Fotheringham broke the record a few weeks later when he played, made I think 3 appearances at the end of the season but never got another outing.

Just far too much over hype at a young age was the same with Mark Burchill , But Mark Burchill did play a * of a lot more first team football than Fozzy.

 

Was about to post this. Was at that game and I'm pretty sure everyone applauded it, was a cracking goal.

 

He was with Dundee united a wee while ago got a move to Greece but don't think things worked out for him there.

Think he's most recently been with Livingston, he's still living in Dundee at the moment.

Good enough player but I think Rangers have already had a look at him, a member of my family overheard a phone conversation he had with someone just recently.

seen him play at dam park in ayr for scotland 16s was outstanding best player by a mile all the other players were telling us about all the teams after him then a few months later we signed him had big hopes for him look composed and full of confidence when he played in our first team shame he never made it at celtic

 

Remember he made one of those 'top 100 youngsters' lists about 10 years ago. :icon_mrgreen: Will see if I can find it.
