I wouldnt take anything Tans does or says as read !! Cardiff fans think hes an * (Tan) and he has put people in positions all over the club (Not only the 23 YO scout) . Apparently hes a vindictive *. This is revenge most probably because his signings and fallout etc and Tans insistence that they had a top half table finish.

When the * did the press start caring about truth too???
Funny how all other employers West Ham, Watford etc say he is a great Man Manager and Coach then Mr Tan and his Ego suddenly become the Moral coaches for the English FA??

Ill wait till the fact are confirmed before we hang Malky . * Tan

 

For those saying that the media make things up and suchlike, I'm not sure they'd go with something as damaging as this without knowing it's legit. They'd be open to all manner of legal action otherwise.

The Press are protected at this stage through the "reporting of content" only. But lets be honest, they are more responsible for the manipulation, posting and reporting of these allegations.
Thats what makes everyone sit up and take notice that "it could be true".

Malky hasny had his say and is probably tied to a privacy agreement in his payoff from Tan when they sacked him. Unfortuantely for Malky that agreement doesnt work both ways and it seems like the wee * has waited to get a chance to punish him in the most offensive high profile way because he wouldnt roll over on Tans Ego.

Only my opinion from what i hear as i work for a Cardiff firm and about 25-30 employees are season book holders.

I hope the Big Man gets his open stage to reply. I just get fed up with these * buying a club and thinking they should win the CL after 2 * minutes, then burying managers if they dont.

If this is true, it does look bad , I am sad about that as Malky seemed a nice lad. Will his career be over, not sure as football tends to have a short memory. Will see what Malky does as if its not true he will surely be able to sue the paper.

from what ive heard this isnt just conjecture. a lot of staff/players saying he was basically just a * who had a habit of crossing the line when it comes to the type of things its ok to say

the whole thing was seemingly resolved when tan agreed not to bring up any misconduct charges on the basis of legal action being dropped and a public apology from each of them, which they did

then moody decided it would be clever to try and get the cardiff team from some players he was still friendly with before palaces match against them, cardiff raised the complaint (rightly so), and the investigation into this is what uncovered the evidence from on what went on before

tan hasnt hung him out to dry. malky hung himself, got a reprieve and then his cocky * mate moody went and * it up for both of them

the guy is finished. we dodged a bullet by not going anywhere near him for the management job. he can get to *

This contradicts everything ive heard from the Cardiff fans at work. They said Tan was undermining Malky big time and interuppting during teams talks in the dressing room FFS to ask why certain players were subs. Shaking his head at team lineups were announced etc.
Also all the players called Tan ( The Dictator) and often asked for private meetings to discuss slaries and bonuses etc they were meant to be due.

Ian Moody was sacked and replaced by some 20 odd Year Old friend of the Chairmans son as well as some Cardiff City staff who had worked with the club for 25 years being replaced by non english speaking nationals.
This may be why there (not condoning it) was certain racist remarks made from within.
The season ticket holders and supporter clubs down there have been giving Tan pelters from day one after He sacked Malky so there may be more to this than meets the eye. Apparently Mackay was brilliant at supporters functions and did his best for local charitys and event and social supporters clubs etc.
The truth will come out but this goes against everything thats been said about this guy and anyone else who seems to know him.

 

Im more inclined to believe the Cardiff season ticket holders I know or work with and Cardiff staff I know, than I am to believe some Cardiff fans who live 400 miles away (assuming youre living in Glasgow based on your details)

Most of what you say is by all accounts true, but I don’t see anything in what ive posted that contradicts what you’ve posted. Tan did interfere, he did undermine, he did come across as if he wanted to pick the team, hes not the first chairman to ever do that. The Cardiff fans havent been giving him pelters since he sacked Mackay, they have been giving him them since the moment he announced he was changing the kit from blue to red, which preceded Mackay’s sacking by a long way. His sacking was just another stick to beat Tan with. And they were quick enough behind Solskjaer a few weeks later

Malkay being brilliant at supporters functions doesn’t count for anything. Plenty of people in the public eye have come across well at public events only to be complete * behind closed doors. Jimmy Saville also seemed to do pretty well for charities and the like.

You do well to find one ex player or colleague who has positive things to say about him as a person. Management skills, people are more than happy to compliment him on. But when it comes to him as a person and his dealings with people, I cant recall ever seeing or hearing anything positive.

And plenty great managers are also utter * - 2 of the best ever in Fergie and Mourinho for instance so I don't think that counts for much.

However if these allegations are true Malky is *. Hope he got a nice pay off from his Cardiff days as he's looking at early retirement.
