I lost my wallet last week and my season ticket was in it. I have phoned celtic and they told me that I would have to go in person to the desk to ask for a replacement. However I live 350 miles away and my next game that I am going is the Barcelona game. Why do they have to do it at the desk, I renew over the phone. This is a pain as I usually go for a few pints before the game but now I will be stuck in a queue and then wait for them to sort out a new ticket !!!!!!!!

They just like to mess you about you can do the season ticket over the phone because you are giving them £400-500 . Replacement card is only £20 so they want to mess ye about for that small fee haha am only messin wae ye , thats * you have to go in

Yeah, I was thinking that, just don't know how long it will take to do. I usually get to Parkhead at about 1.30pm on the bus, few pints, game, then head back home. I will just go straight to desk when i get there and hopefully get a new ticket pronto..
