Hopefully we can do something in our next two games in the section to give us a fighting chance. I know I have said I am not bothered with this competition but I might if we win our next two games. Where's the final lol

Yes mate. I mean no ill will towards you, but to suggest he’s getting a hard time on here is utter nonsense. He was abysmal. Acted like a man down for us and player for them. Lost everything he had, put us under needless pressure and has the heart of a mouse. On one attack he threw his hands in the air when mo didn’t pass it to him , despite the rebound falling right on his path. Duffy May be *. But at least he is trying. Same can’t be said for Ntcham.

Decent result. Six points needed from Sparta Prague to have any chance of qualifying.

A few of there subs were class they changed the game to be fair. I think Sanchez who came on is one of their main players

Brown and duffy must stay as far away as possible from the team as possible. I fear for Sunday with them playing.

Laxalt was incredible tonight. I can’t bare to think how the game would’ve looked with wee Greg at left back tonight hahaha

Excellent first half performance, controlled the game I felt in large periods and although we rode our luck at times, we deserved the lead at HT.

Most underdogs would have came out and tried to protect their lead like we did in the second half but unfortunately we just do not have the players or defensive discipline needed to see out a game.

We have to be satisfied with the performance, result and reaction.

Onto Sunday which is a massive game.

There's obviously quite a difference of opinions on here about Ntcham. Seen him described on here as technically our best player I'm sure. I try to be as respectful as I can for all our players, and I want them all to do well, but I'm no seeing it with him at all.

A far better performance overall, two poor goals to lose a basic error of ball watching for the first by Christie. I felt bad for Bain as he was very close to saving that one.

The second how one of the two defenders infront of Ikone was not tight to him to prevent him turning and hitting or blocking it immediately. Our defence often stand off too much.

Exceptional performance from Laxalt on the left and Moi took his two goals well, should have had at least one more.

Ntcham was out on his feet but he was hanging on to the ball too long and slowed some of our counter attacks when Christie and Frimpong were making great runs.

I felt we needed a change for Ajeti as he ran out of steam after a good shift, Eddy done some good things when he came on but when Frimpong broke clear at the end he had to try get in behind and give him an option instead of jogging in almost hiding on the left side of the box.

Only we can be 2-0 up at half time and be fortunate to get away with a draw.

Positive thinking is if we get win double header against Prague go on a run in league and win cup sets it up nicely at home in last game against Lille at home to see who wins

don’t think we were fortunate at all, last 10 min was very open and either side could have nicked it.

Prague at home is a must win if we want to get out this group..

Probably do need 6 point's off them..

Hopefully Milan will do Lille next week at home and then away and that sets it up for us and Lille to fight it out for second. Leaving it in our hands..

Think I’d fancy Lille to take something off Milan over their double header - possibly even get a win each. That means we’d need to get maximum points against Prague or do some damage at the San Siro.

I hope Milan smash Liile home and away. I think we are more than capable of taking 6 points v Sparta. Would set it up nicely for Lille at home.
