    I'm not sure how that information became public so quickly. It appears all the rumours are stemming from a Restaurant owner saying he did, which is speculation.

    The superintendent has just been off BBC news - what happened to the driver has NOT been released to the public yet, all news coming from reports of the guy apparently slumped at the wheel.
