Since we can't get him for the massacre on Queen Street the court should hammer him with every charge with maximum penalties. Do an OJ on him.

He has no shame, no conscience and no respect for his fellow human beings. If that was me, id be in a straight jacket on a permanent bad trip for the rest of my life.

You have to admire him in a way, in a similar way youd admire a cockroach or a tick for their resilience!!!

Aye that was a bad one. Apart form those killed, youd have to imagine others in the vehicles in front will be pretty * up too!

Why are the authorities protecting this guy so much? Very odd.

    I don't understand this.
It all came out too quick that nothing would go against the driver.
Then it turned out he knew about his blackouts and lied to his employers.

Why can't he get done for this? Weird one.

If any decent person had even killed 1 innocent bystander in an RTA they surely couldn't live with themselves, heart goes out to the relatives as they approach the anniversary. Clarke clearly has no shame.

Sounds like he's being protected for some reason. Hope he's suffering, *.

While this must be awful for the families of the victims, it should be remembered that Harry Clarke didn't deliberately drive the bin lorry along a pavement.
He lied about his medical history to get a job. The consequences of this have been tragic but couldn't have been foreseen.
In my view, living with the guilt is probably punishment enough in this particular situation.

Neither do drink drivers deliberately kill people.

He took the risk. He's also shown little to no remorse for his actions and decided to keep driving after this incident. Absolute lowlife scumbag.

A school bus driver whose vehicle became stranded in floodwater with 23 pupils on board has been jailed for a year.

Graham Jones, 53, had driven past two road closed signs ahead of the incident between Newton-on-Ouse and Tollerton, near York, on 5 January.

He denied dangerous driving but was convicted following a trial.

Jones, of Linton Woods Lane, Linton-on-Ouse, was also handed a 36-month driving ban at York Crown Court.

This is the same * that bought a new car and got caught driving it after his licence was revoked, following the accident, that's rubbing it in people's faces.
