    Apparently favours Sunderland over Aberdeen.

Probably better for us, especially if he runs riot down there. Plus, it might mean Aberdeen take Hayes instead :67:

    Common sense pal.

We aren’t paying somecunt a wage to head our recruitment team, to then not even run a signing past him.

Congerton is Rodgers man, he will play his part in Rodgers signings.

Good move for him at a big club and a realistic standard to develop.

LEWIS Morgan has joined Sunderland on loan until the end of this season, and he will be aiming for first-team experience with the Black Cats.

The winger has made 13 appearances for the Hoops since joining from St Mirren, and also spent a loan period back with the Buddies where he helped them win promotion back to the top flight.

He will team up with former Paisley boss, Jack Ross again at the English Championship side and everyone at Celtic wishes Lewis every success during his time with Sunderland

Sunderland AFC have completed the loan signing of Lewis Morgan.

Arriving from Scottish Premiership giants Celtic, the 22-year-old has moved to the Stadium of Light until the end of the 2018-19 campaign.

Morgan began his career with Rangers before moving to St Mirren in 2013, and he played a starring role for Jack Ross’ Buddies during the 2017-18 season, as the Paisley-based side clinched the Scottish Championship title.

After signing a four-year deal with Celtic in January 2018, the pacey winger moved to Glasgow six months later and made his debut for Brendan Rodgers’ side in Europe’s most-illustrious competition, the UEFA Champions League.

A standout 12 months also led to international acclaim, with Morgan making his Scotland debut in a friendly against Peru in May 2018.

And the winger, who has made 13 appearances for Celtic in all competitions this season, can’t wait to get started on Wearside: “I’m joining coaching staff I’ve worked with before, and once I got the opportunity to speak with them, my decision was made.

“My game is based around scoring and creating goals, but I obviously also try to work hard for the team, and that is the most important thing.

“Something special is happening at the club this season, and hopefully I can contribute to that.”

Sunderland’s manager, Jack Ross, added: “I worked closely with Lewis for several years during my time at St Mirren, and his progression at that time was terrific.

“I’ve been very open and honest with him about how hard he will have to work to get into our team, as we have some very good players, but he’s welcomed that challenge.

“He’s still young but he’s an exciting player, and I know exactly what he’s capable of.”

They are a * disgrace. Hearts crest in place of Hibs, Barcelona crest in place of Dundee Utd, pundits who don’t know a thing about Scottish Football.

It’s funny but it’s just unacceptable how inept they are at times

    Good luck to you!
Needs to come back and be given a chance. Otherwise he may become another piece of bloated deadwood in the side.

Fancy him to do quite well down there. Love a two-footed player. Such a huge advantage to have.
