Don't give a * about his private life tbh, just want him to get back to form for us.

The guy has been involved in these situations most of his * life. If it hasn't effected his football in the past, why would it now..

I bet he cares too. Griff going to Lennoxtown for training, back to Edinburgh, then up to Dundee to see/collect kids. Whilst not a regular routine it’s bound to have an effect on his head/mind/body.

    Exactly..

I don't care if he shags a hundred bird's a month (Don't even think big Ron could manage that) if it doesn't get in the way of us. Clearly even if this is the for it's got out (no chance) then it's gonna cause some issue's for Brendan who has already had his run ins with Griff and had to rubbish rumours of rifts etc..

It's just another unwarranted hassle and now people will rightly or wrongly attribute Griff being left out to this. He's been garbage when played as well so is it effecting his performances?

Who knows but bit of a coincidence..

Brendan's a professional. His decision to drop Griff, I'm sure is purely down to his performances on the pitch..

If Griff's personal life is in someway affecting his form, that's for himself to sort out..

If Leigh signs a contract extension we'll need to look into increasing the main stand capacity.

West Brom have had scouts north of the border in attendance this season to watch Celtic attacker Leigh Griffiths, according to reports in Scotland.

International forward Griffiths was heavily linked with a move to The Hawthorns in the summer, but ultimately remained with the SPL champions.

He said at the time: “I have got a great manager behind me. He sees me day in and day out. That’s why he has stuck with me.

“He was frustrated when I was injured, but I got a run of games towards the end of last season.

“Even then, people say I am going to be out the door.

“I’ll keep battering the doors down to show I am good enough to stay in the Celtic squad.”

Now the Daily Record say that Albion, and fellow Premier League side Crystal Palace, have been keeping a close eye on the attacker as they look to strengthen their forward line which, to date, has produced a modest number of goals.

Ex-Wolves and Hibernian forward Griffiths, who has ten goals for the Bhoys this term, has been in and out of the starting line up in recent weeks.

Brendan Rodgers has also had intense speculation surrounding the future of fellow striker Moussa Dembele to deal with, too, though it's thought the Belgian would be allowed a move whereas Griffiths wouldn't.

Albion manager Alan Pardew admitted the lack of goals is a big problem for his side and it needs to improve in the second half of the campaign if they’re to escape the drop into the Championship.

“You’ve only got to look at our record, we’ve lost the least games of anyone down the bottom but drawn too many games,” he said.

“Our goals for column isn’t good enough to stay in the Premier League and therefore that needs to change.

“You could see much more attacking intent in the team, the psychology is still tired to hold on.

“We’re doing a lot better but we still need to improve that column that’s holding us back. Score goals, you win games.”

Griffiths, when an 18-year-old at Livingston in 2009, was offered a two-day trial with Albion, following his ex-teammate Graham Dorrans to the club.

The Baggies, on that occasion, decided against a deal before they lost Tony Mowbray to Celtic.

Not a chance. In fact, I could actually see him in line for a new contract over the next few months. I know he still has one until 2021 but I would think with a number of other players getting better and longer deals that he would be offered one as well (hopefully).
