You know I've questioned this guy a lot in terms of European ability, but the thing is he just scores goals. Whether that be Europe, the Scottish Premiership, or any other competition give Leigh games and he will score.

It's now at the stage where if we lost Griffiths to injury it would be a huge loss to the team as a whole.

Even when he doesn't score (which isn't very often) he's always still such a threat or is creating goals.

Think he's proved how much he wants this by knuckling down and working hard. Paying off for him now.

What I do love about him is that he's not like a lot of the other strikers we've had in recent years. He plays right on the shoulder of a defence and may get caught offside once or twice but he's proved that he only needs one chance to get his run right and nine times out of ten it will result in a goal.

King Kenny and Henrik. Proud to have seen them both play.
Does anybody think some of the * he's starting to pull off is Larsson-esque? The first against D.Utd, his header yesterday and the leaping salmon one a few weeks ago. The goalscorer stats remind me very much of Henke's scoring rate which I used to just MARVEL at listed in the View.

Injury free, he could hit 40 this year!

He will definitely hit 30+ this season. We simply create too many chances for him to go on a very long barren run.

Literally what's going against him is the position we are in now. No more Old Firm games and we're nowhere near good enough for Europe- they're the only games people really, really remember when it comes to Celtic. Really, none of his goals are very memorable (NOT his fault before someone jumps on me). When you ask me to think of a Griffiths goal, the first two I think of are against Sevco and Malmo, and Malmo ended up in tears.

To really be considered with the memorable names, he'll need a chance in memorable games. Unless Sevco come up with a decent squad next year, the only chance he'll really get for that is if we stay in Europe after Christmas every year. That's just how it is.

With all due respect, what a load of *. From start to finish.

If you can't remember any other Griffiths' goals I suggest you probably aren't watching many Celtic games. He's scored 2 peaches this very week.

Said that after the game yesterday. His leap and heading ability reminds me of Larsson so much. Especially for his size and build

I've been calling his headers Larssonesque long before it became cool.

My favourite goals of his are the first one he scored against Hearts, where he took the ball down, beat a player and scored. The recent one at Tynecastle, the one he scored at the end of last season at Celtic Park from outside the box off the inside of the post and a couple of the headers he's scored recently, all nice goals.

He's better in the air than Henrik, more natural in the jump and the timing..
