In fairness Galway United are * so therefore wont get crowds. Look at Dundalk, Cork and Waterford and Sligo, when they are playing well they get as big a crowd as the clubs in Dublin. Similarly when clubs in Dublin are not doing well they get * crowds. That's football, nothing to do with a divide in society. Football is just as popular in Ireland as the GAA, it's just most irish people look across the water to watch it. Sad but that's the way it's been since the sky days took over.

Irish sporting associations are corrupt all together, even the GAA is guilty for being more concerned about their pockets than the game. €90 for the final is a disgrace, especially for those supporters coming to Páirc an Chrócaigh from the most northern and western parts of the country. A sin on the GAA and the players who are the one with the genuine love for the game.
