Landlords/housing agency's

Anyone else think if they were illegal. Working normal families would not struggle like they do now? But because of the council housing getting snapped up by them people have no choice but to pay them large sums to have a roofe over their heads.

It's wrong in my opinion.

Imagine making your profits on basically someone's life

 

I've never once met or heard from my landlord,but the letting agency have been really good whenever I've been on to them about something (oven stopped working - was fixed the next day etc).I'm quite happy renting just now it suits me fine.

I used to clear houses for a landlord if the property had been left in a state or the tenant had done a runner and some of the things you'd find or have to clean up or chuck out were just horrendous.Its not something I'd ever get in to.
