    It's a surprise to me that he hasn't seen more action, I know Bitton has filled in relatively well, but it seems we all have the same consensus pretty much everytime we watch Ajer, he's ready.

    Thought he was absolutely outstanding today.

    Looks as if he's gained a yard or two in pace as well.

    Very mature performance, could be a masterstroke from Rodgers converting him into a CB, and could save us a fortune forking out for another one.

    Was excellent yesterday. Can see him getting another start or 2 this month given how packed our schedule is and he deserves it the way he played yesterday. At 19 too still the lad has real potential to make the grade as a regular for us in future.

    Really good performance from a 19 year old with not a lot of experience. Especially considering it was a league game at Parkhead where opposition tend to set up quite defensively, he did a great job of being positive opening the play up.

    Would be interesting to see a back three of himself, Simunovic and Boyata. However Tuesday against Anderlecht would probably not be the right occasion for experiments
