    Correction; he's crap against Celtic. I don't want him going back there though, because at the end of the day, he's the SPL's all time top goalscorer and scores for fun against the likes of Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen and the rest of them. It's those kind of goals and games that win you the league and I'd rather they kept Jelavic than signed Boyd.

    If come the end of Jan we still need a striker, then why not as a punt till the end of the season. At least give him a chance to prove his worth. He may not historically have done well against Celtic but perhaps he will do better against Rangers. If we can ship out Murphy, Boyd would definitely be an improvement.

    Seen that too but I also heard at the beginning of last week that he was signing last wednesday.

    Tbh I'd take him, even if it's as a 3rd or 4th choice striker, get him on a decent wage and he's guarantee goals against the smaller teams in the league, even good for giving our first choice guys a rest.
