Man of the match for me yesterday. Read the game very well, he was always in the right place to clear any danger. Nothing fancy, just rock solid. Been very impressive in the little time he has played so far.

The difference in this team already from last season is so easy to see. Every player fighting for the win winning there tackles and not being bullied by the opposition. Which for me is the most pleasing thing so far. And after only one and a half games for us kolo has just added more of that to the team. I think he will help big erik become that top class defender that most of us think he can be as well. Well in celtic things are looking good again.

Like my defenders in the mold of VVD takes the ball plays with it instead of hoofing it like a McManus and Caldwell... Toure done it w bit yesterday just cleared the ball out of play maybe it's lack of match sharpness

Maybe we've just been spoiled in the last few years

 

Isn't amazing how people see the game differently.....I thought he was pretty solid and showed good positional sense.....I was more concerned about the midfield to be honest....2nd half we were dragged about a bit and needed more composure but for that reason I felt that the defence played pretty well for having very little time with each other.....I feel that Toure was instrumental in keeping things tight enough to prevent Hearts from scoring.

 

Noticed a few times he would celebrate tackles from our players winning the ball, looks a great motivator and leader from the back. For a guy that's under 6 foot seems to win every header, fantastic timing and positioning.

 

For a defender, a good tackle is like scoring a goal.

I love how animated he gets! Some guy!!!!

 

He was quality against Hearts minus one moment that he unltimately got away with and celebrated like he'd just scored a goal * loved it. Never like to get too excited by early form but he's looking class.

 

Anyone who watched the Europa League final knew the guy was quality glad he's settled in so quickly

 

Looked class against hearts. Cool, composed and rapid! Very promising and our full defence is now looking no bad!

He hasn't looked slow at all.

 

Not sure if ye seen hearts game but he seemed to lack the pace a times but could b case of needing a few games under his belt.

 

He's not slow. In fact, he's probably one of the quickest in our whole squad.

He was carrying a groin strain or something. He's actually rapid.

 

I felt he would have been slow but against astana there was a ball played over the top and I was like aw * that boy will leave toure for dead here,

I was pleasantly surprised that he madeit to the ball first
