    Love the accent, Glaswegian with a wee hint of of London :98:

    Think he's got the wee touch of arrogance great players need but also seems humble and focused. Just need to point to the 'wonderkids' rotting away at rich clubs (not necessarily big) and surely he'll see it's worth making a wee name with us first.

    Aye and the more he joins up with the England squad the more his head will be turned with stories and promises. He’ll be in a dressing room with about 20 brats talking about what their club is buying him and his family. And this agent and that agent. I’ll be very surprised to see him in big bhoy hoops.

    We have had some examples in the past where players have come through our ranks and left before time, only to fail. I'd hope someone is showing dembele clips of Islam feruz and explaining what a promising career he ruined himself.

    Players like like feruz need to realise they can learn there craft, win things with our club and utlimately if there ambition is elsewhere, move on further down the line. Mid 20's even. Moving to soon ultimately destroys them.

    As for developing young talent I think we are right up there with Europe's finest. You look at some of the young talents we have taken on or home grown in the past, that are either worth a fortune or have been sold for fortune.

    Young dembele should be looking all all these factors and learn his trade right here with us. If he wants to stay even better but if not, let's get you up to scratch and you can move on when the time is right

    I think that kid we got from Motherwell should be breaking into the team. Paul Slane. My wee mucker watched a video of him and said he was getting into tight positions. But sometimes his play was sloppy. He likes to come in from behind and squeeze between two defence. Didn’t even see him play his dues at the end. Dirty hallion.
