Karamoko Dembele!!

If this boy is taken away from us like a similar situation to Feruz, particularly from a English Club the strategy of Lennoxtown inducting the First Team Squad is clearly ineffective.

 

I agree. Nature of the beast these days with social media, YouTube, blogs and such like.

Back in the day he would have been asked to go and do keepie ups on Blue Peter for 5 minutes and we'd never hear about him again until he was 18.

 

If he does indeed get poached, I don't really think you can blame the club. I'm sure the club will do all it can to hold on to him.
I read that apparently feruz was living in the high rises in the run down part of govan hill I think and apparently Celtic put his family up in a plush pad in the west end a year before he left us.
The pulling power of the EPL is huge, and if he does turn out to be that good when he gets to 16 I would imagine your man city's and Chelsea's will come calling.

 

If that does happen - and its his decision to leave - and the Club does everything to try and pursue him away - then the Club has to reform the idea of using Lennoxtown as a apparatus of inducting First Team players.

I agree with the pulling power of the £PL. That is the only threat we have as a Club from that League. It doesn't insinuate that we can't find a reasonable priced player or a future star like Karamoko Dembele.

When I was younger the Victory Shield was for the Schoolboys teams. I reached the final trials and a weekend at Largs. Gary Caldwell was the hero that year
