Aye, but hypothetically playing with better players will hopefully help his development, not to mention add to his price when we sell him, which we will inevitably do...

 

Or the English press create mass hysteria by saying he is their future star placing huge pressure on the lad just like plenty of English players and teams before, that's how you ruin young talent.

 

What, so essentially exactly how the Scottish press have been with him recently!?

 

CGAF personally as long as his head isn't turned in regards to playing with us for the first few years of his professional career.

Always a danger Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd etc * him before we get to see him for us.

 

Doesn't bode well if he's invited down and picks them. What will happen if the big English team's come calling? I wouldn't be betting heavy on him staying put..

This has been happening for year's. Trying to cherry pick the standouts, even though they have a massive pool to pick from. That left back at Southampton was another, Targett. They had no interest in him, but as soon as we had, that was it. He was born in England though, and unlike Dembele hasn't spent most of his life in Scotland..

 

Of course one of them will snap him of us. Its just how the world works now! Then teams can wave a carrot in front of him and his family and not many would refuse it.

 

He looks like such a good prospect, the way he skips by players and sprays the ball about is reminiscent of a young messi.
I really hope the club look after him and his family and give us every chance of holding on to him as he looks like he is going to be a future star.
The club have already had him training with the first team which is pretty impressive for a 13 year old.

After the whole Islam Feruz affair, you are always going to question whether we will actually see him in the first team. Althugh the Feruz kid clearly had some attitude on him.

Its a complete joke that this is mainstream news its been on talksport all morning ffs the boy is 13 he is a child

 

He's been in Scotland since he was a toddler. I would be surprised if he picked England or the Ivory Coast instead of Scotland.

 

If he does choose England over Scotland he will get a lot of stick in Scotland like mcgeady and McCarthy did.
Do you think if that happened it would make him leave us?
