Always great to hear about ex-players like Boruc bigging us up.

"So yes, I had an injury before the game, but I wanted to play despite the pain and took painkillers.”

Surely depending on how far the deal was done, there’s some sort of legal issue there? Horrendous they let him do that.

Definitely. Juranović also comes across very well in that interview.

Not in the slightest. It was obviously a risk for the club, however he was a Legia player and they had every right to play him, especially when he clearly wanted to play.

What sort of injury did he have? I mean, sacrificing oneself for the club can be respected, but I hope this doesn't mean he ruined his body.

Without knowing much about him, I’ve always felt the qualification market is one we should be exploring more.

We tend to have more money than many of our qualification rivals and they always have really decent players. Often they’ve won leagues etc.

We should keep trying to pick off their best players.

Depending on how much of the deal was signed, no they don’t have the right.

You don’t buy a car and let the seller take it on one last joy ride.

He’ll be running out the back door at HT jumping on the next flight out the country when he see the Ralstonator demolish everyone in sight.

The deal wasn’t signed. He was a Legia player, whereas the car in your example would no longer of been the seller’s so that’s a pretty daft analogy tbh.

He was a Legia player, he played for Legia. End of story.

I did say depending on how much of the deal was signed in the initial post hahahaha :56:even if it was verbal it’s poor from them, which it must of been at least because he was going to Glasgow the next day.

Dunno why you’re defending a Polish team.

It’s horrendous they let him do it anyway. He was injured fs. If he made it worse then it’s jeopardising his career progression.

He hadn't done a medical. So that's were the deal would have broken down.

    Aye no *.

Deals are often agreed subject to a medical. Something had to be agreed for him to travel to Glasgow for a medical. Whether it was verbal or not.

None of the deal was signed.

He was a Legia player, they had every right to play him. The same way we have a right to play Edouard just now, or Van Dijk (for example) in qualifiers in the past.

No one is “defending” a Polish team. You claimed they didn’t have the right to claim him and I corrected you. It’s really that simple.

That doesn’t effect Legia’s right to play him, especially given he wanted to play.

It’s a stupid decision to let it happen from them, us and Juranovic.

I like that he was willing to play through the pain and give his all for his club. (assuming it was just a pain management issue, and not at risk of making to injury worse)

If that was a Celtic player playing his last game for us in an important qualifier and he was like, “nah I’m not really feeling it, I wanna keep myself for my new club” I’d be raging.

At least it shows we’re getting someone in who puts his club before his own selfishness.
