    Too many "hard workers" and players who are "all effort". We need a Berbatov-type player. Somebody who splits opinion by not running around like a headless chicken when we're 1-0 down, but is actually capable of pulling something off.

    I agree with this. IMO Cummings from Hibs would be perfect grow into this mold, already scores in big games a ton and is only 20.
