He got fouled nearly anytime he ran at them. Sometimes different players but the ref needs to show yellow cards to protect players. Even the foul on klimala at the end was a red card all day long if he didn’t bounce straight back up

Even although Kilmalcolm bounced up its still a red card irrespective of what happened after the assault. I also hate how you hear commentators and ex players saying, “it would have been a booking if it wasn’t so early in the game”, I thought leaving one on someone was outlawed now. Anyway I hope Frimpong gets a well deserved rest over the next few days/week and he is refreshed and ready for that mob.

He's a breath of fresh air.

I want to see him run into the box at speed more often though as he WILL collect fouls left right and centre. Just have to hope that the Ref forgets the 'don't give Celtic any Pens Memo'.

I get that but just because he bounced up like it was nothing made it look less sinister then if klimala went down it would look 10x worse initially. Yeah frimpong deserves a little rest he’s been putting in some serious work for us. Cracking attitude

Ah, just nice stuff. That's a relief. Every time I see the thread bumped for one of our better players, I'm starting to panic that it's another that won't be available due to Covid.

Should get more assists from the excellent positions he finds himself in.

He's brilliant and I'm sure it will come.

Still only a young kid, that side will develop in time. He should be trying to win us as many fouls as he can in and around the box with his running and movement in the mean time.

Aye mate like I said I'm sure it will come, composure in the final 3rd is the most difficult part of the game. And it's the part of his game that needs the most work.

Really fancy him to destroy them on Sat tho.

They’ll be booting him up and down the park, others need to take advantage of the space he’ll create as they double and treble up on him.

If laxalt offers half as much as frimpong over the next few months it will massively benefit the whole team especially frimpong in the amount of space it creates. It was obvious against st Johnstone how lopsided their defence was as they were happy to leave Taylor that bit more space. I'm sure Gerrard wants to see Taylor in the team at the weekend, because he knows what he will get, think it would put a bit of fear into sevco and create space across the pitch.

100% they will be targeting him from the start trying to injure him before he does any damage.

It's pretty much a defenders only option at times with how fast he can dribble or run by them, but with license from that * beaton it'll be open season on him Saturday.

Rankers really fancy themselves down the left hand side of the pitch, and to be fair they do build from the back on the left and they tend to get most impact from Kent coming in from the left wing.....if we can get Frimpong up and at them, then a couple of yellow cards are just inevitable as they will get super * and frustrated having to track the jet-healed Frimpong...that should put them in their box...
