Forrest is the only one fit that we know is capable of playing for us.

    Elyou and Johnston - injured.
Arzani - Just back from long term injury.
Shved - Not given a chance.
    Karamoko - doesn’t look ready.
    Hayes - Meh.

The way this is going it could be Lawwell’s last transfer window. He’s taking a massive gamble by not strengthening the right areas..

His comments are starting to * me right off, went on about experience (we all remember his comments on projects first time around), Jozo playing through the pain barrier? Why? Just buy a * defender.

Tbh it looks to me that the board and Co have shat it from Rangers and think we're not spending money with no guarantee of the league, we have collateral damage aka Odsonne Edouard in case we lose league.

We need to sign a centre back pronto as a injury to ajer or Jillian we are in trouble and sitting on 40 million plus in the bank is a * disgrace we haven't brought anybody in and board gambling on the league .

Over the course of the summer window and January we have spent £18mill(approx) and brought in £25mill.

    £7mill profit.
Add that to the profit we make every other season in player sales - yet we are told we do not need to sell, we are told we only budget for Europa. We know Europa is practically nailed on, but * me!
£7mill in to the mystery fund to be forgotten about.

    edit:
Season before(18-19) we brought in £28mill in fees and spent £13mill, a £15mill profit, not even counting the sell on fee from the VVD deal to liverpool.

What are we doing not using even just these funds to * push on!

Pathetic window, wanted experience bring in 2 projects. Glaringly obvious we needed another centre half in and a winger, even more so with Johnston's season potentially being over, and we bring in no one.

The squad is more than good enough to go and win the league from here but yet again we're looking to take the cheap option and gamble.

I hoped that horror show against the huns might have sparked some sort of reaction in the board room but evidently not.

Should also say we've cleared some deadwood and freed up alot of wages this month, for what exactly? 2 guys to come in who wont be earning what sinclair was combined..

We've weakened ourselves this window. If we do not win the league this will be the reason why. We've known the areas we're short. Injuries and sales have made us weaker.

Was that not just a short term loan? I though he was still up for grabs, someone like that to see out the season but also think it's time to replace simonivic

Yeh how not got the Robert's factor but hed be great cover for Mj at the minute and hes desperate to play for us
We should have plenty targets I was just thinking of guys who would come in a heartbeat, Jonny Russel would be the same and covers a few positions but long term they aren't the answer your right, defo good enough to see out this season.

Just because Lennon won't play Klimana or Soro right away doesn't make them projects. Soro was playing in a team in the top 6 in the Israeli league. He would walk into any team in our league. He arguably should be getting games straight away for us. Time will tell with Klimana. Griffiths hitting form won't help his chances.

Every window is the same, slow, predictable and painful.
Everyone knows it and we all have a right old moan like we are now.

But there is always some (not a dig) that will try look on the brighter side, paint a better picture and try back the situation. We all then settle in to a false sense that next window will be better, that we didn't spend in the winter window, because we dont get good deals. But in summer we accept pish by convincing ourselves we will sort it in January to allow them to bed in for a few months before the next qualifiers, we dont.
We *, we moan, others shout us down and back the board.
    We rinse and repeat.
We never actively actually improve the squad. Never.
It's always projects, hit and hopes and seeking a profit.

    Sick of this *.

Board aren't willing to back the squad that the fans are PAYING THEM to do.

After the nonsense of the summer window * us over for the CL, I was near done, was hoping others making loud grumbles would show the board a finger by not backing the Europa, that never happened. And here we are again. Hours away from the same *, over and over.

Almost begs the question, why do we bother with this current board.

Love the club as much as everyone else, but this board is ruining what Celtic is and what Celtic should be. We should have a youth academy that is the envy of the UK and up there with Ajax and Barca etc, but we doin't.
We should be aiming to push up the European tables with our position, taking our rank as a pot 4 teams and trying to improve this squad to become a pot 3 team, then maybe sneak pot 2 - pot1 is obviously not an option.
    But we don't. we never.

Edouard aside because he was loaned the season previous, I honestly think Jan Venegoor of Hesselink was the last player we signed from a reputable team that actually came with a bit of pedigree and hit the ground running.

Since then it'as always projects, hopes.
