    Arguably been our best player all through pre season..

    Scrap that...has definitely been our best player since the start of pre season..

    I never used to get excited by shooders, even though I've always rated him a fair bit but now, I genuinely get on the edge of the seat because I expect something to happen everytime he's on the ball now..

    Aye, he'* great consistency in his game. Fit, strong, up and down the park good in defence and attack. You wonder how long more he will be capable of playing like this as well, nowadays naturally fit players like him seem to remain sharp and agile into their mid 30s with the modern fitness standards and dieting players have their whole careers. Could still be good for us for another 7/8 years if he avoids serious injury and maybe end up going to reach about 600 games.

    Has always had the potential to be a really top class player. Wasn't that long ago Spurs were looking at signing him. Very few people have that 3 yrd burst shooders has

    Was quality last night, every time he picked up the ball and ran at them he left 3 or 4 trailing in his wake and the couple in front of him with the absolute fear. Direct and confident, great tae see fae the wee fella.

    Incredible how much he’s improved these last two years or so years.

    Becoming quite clincal in front of goal. Plenty of assists. And his work-rate is phenomenal. He looks absolutely ideal for that wing back role.

    His defensive work last night was outstanding.

    Was really hoping he'd get a rousing cheer as he went off. Got a decent clap but deserved a bit more tbh.

    People generally still don't really take to him they way they do with other players, but he's absolutely essential for us now.
