    I can't see us getting Toney if there is genuine interest from premiership teams.

    Also not sure what fee has actually been agreed with Brentford is it £5-6m or £11m as reports are pretty inconsistent on that? Also a player who has never played higher than league 1 costing even the lower of those fees would seem unlikely.

    Ajeti and Weissman are the kind of players that we should be looking at, not Taylor and Toney.

    Toney is far better than Taylor and is ceiling is far higher too. Taylor is 30, he’s a non starter.

    I’d be ecstatic with Ajeti and Toney.

    Ajeti has the strongest CV by far.

    I don't see much between Weissman and Toney in terms of profile and career so far. Albeit Weissman did it last season in a higher standard in the Europa League.

    I'm thinking that Toney could be a Gavin Strachan shout.

    Surely when the Ajeti deal gets announced this will bring an end to the Toney rumours.

    Can’t see the 2 of them coming in unless we are offloading Eddy or Griff which I can’t see happening.

    I want Ajeti as well..

    Could be the huns but I I reckon they'll be priced out..

    Barry Fry let slip it was us before wanting to be kept informed and also Gavin Strachan his ex coach at us will no doubt like him. So could be is but I'd be surprised as that could spell the end for Eddy if Tiney comes in with Ajeti..

    I dont actually think this is eddys replacement, I think were keeping our options open if ajeti falls through.

    Toney and the swedish striker arent as good as ajeti imo but both credible alternatives. It's actually refreshing seeing us properly scout plan bs for once.

    Looks like his main positions are CF and ST, albeit he looks quick enough to play there.

    Tbh I think this one is a complete non starter. Petersborough will want at least 8 million for him.
