Best for both parties that he moves on and as I said, we can get £2m for him and that pays the Maeda transfer. That's the way I look at it.

    He's never a 6..

    He's more of a buzzbomb, pressing 8..

Think he should go to the Championship in England where I think he would get consistent game time. He would do well in a Luton or a Milwall.

There's a player there, so getting a couple of mill for him isn't unreasonable, just need to find a Championship mid table crew who'd take him on or a reasonable European team who see his potential... Same goes for Bolingoli

Totally agree best for both that he moves on this summer and if we can get 2m for him that would be a decent fee under the circumstances given he never really made much impact and that is about what we paid for him originally.

Could never question his attitude and I think he’d be decent if he got a consistent run, but think we can do way better.

Neil Lennon has could be set to to raid Celtic as he targets a move for Ismaila Soro, according to multiple reports in Cyprus

The former Hoops boss has enjoyed early success with Omonia having lifted the Cypriot Cup triumph within months of joining the Nicosia club.

Having secured Europa League football he is looking to revamp his side with reports in Cyrprus stating Soro is top of his summer wish list.

Lennon splashed out £2million to sign the 24-year-old from Israeli outfit Bnei Yehuda two and a half years ago.

He enjoyed an impressive run of form last term under Lennon, but has failed to repeat that during Ange Postecoglou 's time in charge.

He last started in December in the dead rubber Europa League game against Real Betis, and hasn't made an appearance since a two-minute cameo against Rangers in Celtic' s 3-0 win in February.

Lennon is keen to link up again with Soro, who has also attracted interest from Dutch clubs, but he would have to take a significant pay cut to come to Cyprus.

Don't know what the finances are like in Cyprus but could they afford a decent fee? I mean, he's the one player out of all the guys we are actively trying to move on that I think we could get a decent fee for.

About time Lennon did us a turn.

We have a spare goalie, too.

Whether it is to Cyprus or not I would be shocked if Soro was not sold this summer.

I can imagine what’s went down here.

Lennon phoning big Dudu Dahan up to see what’s what.

Lennon doesn’t even know it’s Soro he’s getting yet.

Dudu just telt him he’s got a wee combative midfielder for him.

I agree I think we will see quite a few leaving this summer. Ange got most of the overhaul and rebuild of our squad done last summer and in January. But there still are quite a few fringe guys who are on the books who will likely get moved on this summer.

    It's about time.

The days of not pushing those who aren't offering anything out should be long gone. If you're not pulling your weight, * off.

I understand that the club wants to recuperate money spent but we've done this countless times before where we hold out for a decent fee or a player's life is too comfortable here and we hold on/they stay for another year before we bite the bullet and either let them walk when their contract is up or for a lesser fee than we originally want.

Best for all just getting rid for what we can and then reinvesting. We're always going to make a loss on some players. Better recruitment will limit that going forward.

I cannae wait for Ange to kick the * out of Barkas, Ajeti, Boli et al.

Great to see rumours circulating so quickly about where deadwood like Soro are headed. We could easily lose 10 players this Summer and come out with nothing weakened but our wage bill.

People often forget about how important the wages being lowered is, often more important than receiving fees. Players taking in 100k to 1m per annum can often stop us getting new players in even if we can afford the initial fee.

Ismail Soro is a footballer who emerged on the "green" transfer front. The information was published in early June. According to her, Neil Lennon is looking at the case of this defense. Omonia denied the information.

The issue returned the day before yesterday with a new post. Specifically, according to the Brazilian website "90goals.com.br", Celtic is close to acquiring the Brazilian Vinicius Souza, from the Belgian Malin.

According to the relevant report, Souza will be transferred to Celtic, in order to fill the gap that is created in the center area, since there will be departures. One of them is Soros, who according to the article, will go to Omonia and will collaborate again with Neil Lennon. The text was republished on the website: thecelticbhoys.com.

Ismail Soro. is an international defender from Ivory Coast, and has a contract with Celtic until May 2024.

The Scottish team acquired him from the Israeli Bnei Gehuda in January 2020 at the suggestion of Neil Lennon, paying an amount of approximately € 2.0 00,000.

    It can not be calculated

It is clear that the Greek-Australian coach of Celtic Angelos Postekoglou does not believe in Ismail Soros. This year he played a key role once with a total of 8 participations. A bad performance against Real Betis (3-4) for Europa Ling last September put him… at a disadvantage. Last year, coached by Neil Lennon, Ismail Soro made an excellent appearance, having 18 appearances with 11 as a starter.

According to the Scottish sports press, Celtic will make a radical restructuring in the current transfer window. So he wants to get rid of some players that the coach does not consider useful. Ismail Soro is considered one of the priorities for this project, along with Albian Ajeti, Bolly Boligoli, Christopher Julien, Mickey Johnston, Scott Robertson, Luca Connell and Liam Shaw. James McCarthy Adam Montgomery Osaze Urhoghide are reportedly at the top of the club's exit list. Vassilis Barkas, who was on the list, has already gone to Utrecht.

Last January, the Ivorian had a proposal from the Dutch Fortuna Sittard. Things were almost over and everything indicated that the transfer would take place but in the end the footballer failed to secure a work permit in the Netherlands and remained in Scotland.

The details are as follows: Neil Lennon, (currently in Scotland), reportedly wants to reconnect with the player. who had also attracted the intense interest of Fortuna Sittard. In order to come to Cyprus he will have to accept a salary reduction. According to the information, his salary is 400,000 per year.

It is still 18 months until the end of his contract, but Celtic would not say no to an agreement for termination of the contract, even with some damage for him.

Omonia, on the other hand, reiterates that it denies that there is interest in the footballer.

Non-existent news that is being mixed up by the media, or is there really a… issue?
