Brutal when he came on..

 

Always held a bit of hope that there was a player in there but thats plenty, needs offloaded

 

I'm sad because he seemed to have it in him to be a * good CDM for us...the energy, the aggression and even to some extent his control of the ball.

However, there is just too much of an erratic nature to his play...it's like he could control that cdm spot one game and boss it....then for next 4 becomes bambi on ice and doesn't even know how to kick a ball with his feet.

Always wanted him to succeed but tbh if he leaves I'd be on with it...Bosun Lawel seems to be the much brighter prospect and arguably maybe even an already better talent to have trying to stake his own claim on the senior squad.

 

It’s a shame but I think his time is up.

 

He'll do good elsewhere, just doesn't fit this style of play.

 

Just dont think he had the quality needed to cut it with us.

 

I know it's been rumoured he will be out the door but you heard or seen anything going about that makes it look like he's close to leaving?

His total lack of playing time would suggest he isnt fancied. Also a loan move collapsed in the last window.
Id be more surprised if he was here at the end of the window.

 

He can go and be a decent enough 8 somewhere but he's too much of a liability for us and Ange clocked it very early on..

 

Yeah I think so too. Just thought you had maybe seen something which showed it was potentially close. I think we could recoup the fee on him no bother. MLS teams were interested in him before and they gave us nearly £4m for Klimala so I'm hoping to see us get at least £2m for him. He's not a bad player. Just doesn't suit our style of play. He's decent in the tackle and not too bad positionally.

 

Aye unlike the likes of Barkas, Ajeti, Bolingoli etc, I think Soro will do well elsewhere, he just doesn't fit this style of play.

He isn't actually far away. Mobile. Presses well. Can carry the ball a bit and be decent on the ball at time's..

He's just far too indisciplined and rash. He can't be trusted in the tackle, always getting booked and diving in. Passing can be ok but also very erratic..

If his passing was a bit more up to scratch and he had a bit of discipline.....he would probably have a place in our squad..

 

Was just going to say that... Almost guaranteed every time he plays! Doesnt calm down when on the Yellow either then needs to be taken off before he gets the 2nd.

 

From what id seen of him i didnt think he had a good enough range of passing needed to play in there. There was no doubting his commitment to the tackle but at times he was rash and erratic.
Maybe he could have grown into the role, but unfortunately he had tough competition and changes of manager etc meant that he wasnt given a prolonged run of games.
