If this gets confirmed, I assume this would mean the end to any rumours/talk of turnbull in this window, or even the next?

Was Turnbull not also discussed as a brown replacement?
Honestly don't know enough about either, other than turnbulls goal return last season.

Nah turnbull is a no10 type. He said in an interview a while.back that the defensive side of his game is his worst aspect.

Hence the 15 goals last season.

Fair enough. Perhaps still a goer then if we look to shift rogic on. Turnbul and Christie for the number ten.
McGregor and ntcham for the box to box. Then soro and brown as the defensive mids.

Rogic must be at his absolute lowest value with us.. I'd like to see him moved on in the summer if he hopefully ran into some form, got some game time and a decent bid came in for him (+£10mill)

Is Bayo to motherwell a goer?

Can't see ten mill even with some form in the second half of the season. Love the lad, brilliant baller etc, but he is a luxury and far too many games missed due to injury - a lot of it coming from his international games as well.

ISMAILA SORO is set to fly to Glasgow in the next 48 hours to complete a £2million move to Celtic.

SunSport understands a deal to sign the Ivory Coast midfielder has been finalised with Bnei Yehuda.

Soro’s transfer had been held up due to a dispute between the Israeli club and the players’ representatives.

But after crunch talks with Bnei Yehuda owner Barak Abramov in Tel Aviv, the 21-year-old was given the green light to travel to Scotland.

Soro has said goodbye to his team-mates and is now expected to arrive in Glasgow over the weekend.

The powerful midfielder has agreed terms with Celtic – but still has to undergo a medical before the switch.

Barring any last-minute problems, Soro will sign a four-and-a-half year deal at Parkhead.

A Bnei Yehuda spokesman confirmed the transfer is “almost done” as the Ivorian looks set to become Neil Lennon’s second January signing.

Celtic remain confident of completing a £2million deal for Ismaila Soro despite experiencing a number of complications over the past 48 hours.

Record Sport understands chief executive Peter Lawwell is hopeful Soro will be given the green light to put pen to paper on a four and a half year contract over the weekend as he attempts to resolve a number of issues which have held up the 21-year-old’s arrival.

It’s understood the player’s representatives have been in dispute with Israeli club Bnei Yehuda over the size of slice of the transfer fee - while Celtic are also waiting for a work permit to be approved before they can sign off on the deal.

Soro had said he hoped to travel to Scotland on Thursday but claims he is already on his way were dismissed by senior Parkhead sources.

The player admitted on Wednesday night: "I will probably leave tomorrow to fly to Glasgow."

However, it’s believed an agreement is imminent despite the delay.
