Doing an IT exam on monday, haven't a clue how to do these questions.
Can any one help?

Table 1 shows the matrix of ratings by three people for five books. Ratings are in the range 1 to 7 inclusive where 1 indicates 'dislike' while 7 indicates 'like'.
(i) Use Pearsons Correlation to find the similarity between Bob and Dave. Show your Workings.
(ii) Use the Correlation value found in the part (i) you must predict a rating for Bob for Book 1. Show your approach and all workings.



Given the Following web-graph (Figure 1) containing 5 pages (N=5):
(i) Show the Page Rank equation for each page in the graph assuming the damping factor is 0.5(d=0.5)
(ii)Calculate the PageRank scores of each page using matrix operations (show your workings).
