Highly recommend ordering some of this guy’s sauces. Some of the best hot sauce I’ve tried.

I like lots of the stuff you get commonly in shops such as Encona and Reggae Reggae as well.

I’m a bit of a hot sauce aficionado, usually my fridge is full of different ones but my stomach suffers like * now:giggle1:

Too many years of straight voddy, eccies and vinaldoos:giggle1:

Encona is my favourite go-to. Either the original West Indian one or the extra-hot. Habanero Tabasco is a belter, too.

I’ll put a hot sauce in anything. Pasta dishes, noodles, sandwiches, bits of cheese etc. Fabulous stuff.

Oaft, if I'm rough I'll maybe swap the usual brown sauce out for some hot sauce on a roll and sausage.

I'm trying to remember if I've tried that Encona one that @Minty and @Aidan O’Shea have mentioned...I can't think if I have.

Spoons used to do an amazing one with their chicken wings but they replaced it with a shiter about a year ago.

No really keen on it wae square sausage but the butchers links fae my bit are unreal with that black fire stuff.

Encona is good mate they do all different ones, pretty sure I had a Carolina reaper one from them before. Had a few of them.

Was it a kinda Louisiana Hot sauce on the wings? Think I had them before.

The hottest thing I’ve ever had was the Morrison’s Phaal that was in the papers and what not for being lethal. Thought aye awrite a * supermarket number, lets gee it a go:56:

    * me, one forkful and my face was tingling and everything :giggle1: actually felt like I got a head rush off it. Tasted quality tae, they’re made with Carolina reapers and scorpion chillis, comes wae a big uncut chilli in it as well.

Malcolm Allan does the Chilli infused square sausage, class with a dod of Cholula.

Aye, it was smooth and they heated it up a bit - absolutely stunning, probably my favourite ever. Then they replaced it with a generic peri peri effort.

Aye I’ve tried them as well, no a big fan of Malcolm Allams sausages though.

Aye it will be the same ones mate, they were tasty right enough:giggle1:
This was the exact same, didn’t expect it one bit fae a supermarket curry :giggle1:

If they ever spring back up give them a try, mental for a couple of quid. Imagine the amount of dafties that have picked them up without a clue about the danger they were in :56:
