I love this stuff, most of the great ones already mentioned (V for Vendetta covered a lot of mine)
For comedy/gore/splatter you have to see Bad Taste & Braindead...Peter Jackson before he went on to LOTR etc :eek1:

I truly love all the Hammer horror films. Too many to mention Cider, so I just put in the first Dracula film from 1958.
Peter Cushing is the best actor of all time, closely followed by Christopher Lee.

As I mentioned in my last post, I love all the old Hammer films , but I love all the old classic horror films from the 30's, 40's and 50's.
I'm still a bit scared of Lon Chaney jr as The Wolfman. Best werewolf EVER.

Agree, Larry Talbot was a very tragic figure as the wolf man.

Yes Good Friend Peter Cushing was superb, love him as the very strict Uncle in Twins Of Evil circa 71:50:
And of course Christer Lee was the ultimate Dracula and among other things brilliant in The original Whicker Man not the terrible remake of course.

Blair Witch Project circa 99. Cost only approx 250,000 Dollars and took a quarter of a Billion Dollars tells us something. So often it is the things you cannot see that scare you the most. And this hits that nail superbly. In that situation camping you would not really see that much but have the .hit scared right out of you before your demise. I love it. The way it was shot was pioneering and inspired other Films since.

Blair Witch. circa 2016. This is also pretty good after the failure of the 2000 follow up.
