I've just resumed it and you're right, about half way through and it appears to be going in a completely different direction to what I was expecting!

I was really dissapointed with the prequel, could of been as brilliant as the original but just left a lot to be desired.

Its strange, I dont like watching horrors but I'm really fascinated by them, alot of the times I'll just read the plot to satisfy curiosity , shitebag cinema!

[IMG] I'd recommend a cheap movie called Would You Rather.

While the acting is off at times, it's actually got an interesting plot line.

'In the wake of her parent's death, Iris (Brittany Snow) struggles to make ends meet while caring for her terminally ill younger brother. Shepard Lambrick (Jeffrey Combs), a seemingly philanthropic aristocrat, expresses an interest in helping them. When he invites her to an exclusive dinner party, she accepts. Also attending the dinner party are seven more desperate individuals. They soon find themselves trapped in Lambrick's mansion and forced to play a sadistic game of Would You Rather, where the winner will be awarded untold amounts of money. As the game progresses, the dilemmas Iris and the other players face grow increasingly in .'

I accept its glorified torture * in the vein of Saw but it was an entertaining watch.

The Evil Dead tv series was utter class.

Despite the multitude of 70's bush I couldn't watch the original Wicker Man right through cos of all that Scottish singing *

It would never be classed as a horror film but i think the most frightening film ive ever seen is 120 minutes that changed America. Never in my life before or after seeing it has any film ever had an effect on me like that. Probably because its all real and is happening to and right in front of the people filming it.
