I think this is very accurate, it's weird how we go kamakazi when they're at the wall.

Someone mentioned we got lucky with Ange, I Believe that to be true and I don't think we will get that lucky again .

Clancy was just annoying today, not outrageous with anything, and the game was annoying as * so he’d have annoyed me more.

Honest mistakes were * all to do with today, none were needed.

We got extremely lucky with Ange, and luckier with first targets not being secured so moved on to the next one - Jota was a back up last day option on loan because we couldn’t get a winger permanently after Mitoma deal fell through and he went to Brighton, CCV was a loan last day of the window with Moritz Jenz being the main target who was deemed not good enough the following year when we got him on loan (as an aside, I think he was a good player but it just didn’t work but no CCV) even in the January, Riley McGree publicly rejected us - we went to the next option in Matt O’Riley.

Ange himself was the back up option.

    * was the VAR check that said incident outside the box or something, would that not make it a freekick then? To my knowledge we never got one. Think we'd have probably missed a pen if we got one anyway.

Never thought of it like that but your right.

    * they've been dining out on their own luck for a long time...unfortunately for us it's run out.

VAR check was for a penalty for us with handball, don’t think it hit his arm and even if it did they were glued to his sides so I wouldn’t say it’s one. But I have no clue what the rules are these days for handball to be fair.

Nah I get all that, but it said outside box rather than just no handball or no pen or whatever. It's pretty irrelevant but I just found it strange.

There was a McGregor one that didn’t get called but can’t remember a VAR check. And fouls aren’t generally checked unless its for a red but that’s how its announced. Wonder if they checked to see if the McGregor one not called was inside or outside the box? It was outside so can’t intervene, but inside it would have been given

Yes Clancy was woeful today however, lets not kid ourselves, we could have the biggest Celtic fan on var today and it still wouldn't have made much of a difference

The more I’m seeing about the penalty shout, they had a shocker with it, getting the right decision in the end looks entirely accidental.

Sky said they didn’t rule it offside - so they missed that, 1st shocker, and its a handball all day long IMO, they got that shout wrong.

And they two wrongs, somehow got them to the correct decision in the end up.

Scottish refs man, even their good decisions are somehow accidental and incompetence. See thr Huns wee huffy statement? I want us to back it, major. It’s the perfect opportunity for us to air all the issues we have with them, when it couldn’t be dismissed as sour grapes and us in a strop.

Huns have cornered that bit already.

The linesmen are told to wait until the attack is over, before putting up their flag for close offside calls. Nothing in that one, I'm afraid.

The real howler from the refereeing team yesterday was not giving the pen when Turnbull was brought down and on top of that wave for offside. On a different day that decision could be costly for us. If anything, we should be questioning the SFA the logic behind that decision.

Watching Sportscene now. Watch the incident that they wanted Bernardo given his second yellow. I said at the time Bernardo didn't foul him. He didn't.

Goldson kicks through the ball and studs Bernardo. That was a red card for Goldson.

It's a lot worse. Maeda put his leg out to block, Goldson kicked through and put the studs in. That's a red card.

This. Given that they would've/should've looked at the push, they would've realised Turnbull was onside. So no reason not to give the pen.

Huns kicking up a stink about a pen they didn't get when they were offside, yet we don't get a stonewall penalty and offside can't be an excuse.

It's frightening how it's all played out.

I can actually understand why the * want the audio released because it's the strangest thing I've ever seen with referees. Yes, the correct major incident is called right. It can't be a penalty because he's offside so they've somehow managed to get to the right decision but had it been flagged for an offside, like it should have been, this all wouldn't have been an issue.
