How many midges do you think you eat in a life time? You breathe your deepest breaths when sleeping, you must be hoovering them up like a sperm whale eating crill.

There's a vodka you can buy with a scorpion at the bottom of the bottle. States on the bottle that the scorpion is edible.

TimFloyd might have tried some of the tourist bugs in Thailand.

Had a mopane worm (actually a caterpillar) a couple of weeks ago when I was in Africa just to see what it was like. Surprisingly enough it was * minging. Crunchy shell and then the meat was really chewy. Kinda manky earthy taste that took ages to eat. Wouldn't recommend it

My Mum was working in a hotel in Jersey and I went to visit her. One night a moth flew into the night watchman's massive ear. They had to get an ambulance and take him to hospital but when you are 15 it's the funniest * you've ever seen.

What a belter of a thread. I actually laughed out loud in the pub at Seans opening post.

I think I've only ever eaten insects by the wee * flying into my gub when running or cycling etc. Horrible wee * of a genus is your insect.

Seen some guy on TV recently peddling that insect protein powder. That's probally the best way to go if your gonna commit. Rather give it a miss altogether

If you are going to commit then you catch flies with chopsticks all day and freeze them to be added to any tomato based dish you serve in the future.

    That, my friend, is commitment.
