He doesn’t suit our style of play, he is a defender first and foremost, where as at us he’s being asked to push on and beat a man he’s not that type of player.

 

poor guys found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time .

 

I don't like he's being made a scapegoat, he played ok last night compared to one or two others.

 

This guy doesn’t hide and always gives 100%

he also seems delighted to play for the jersey

there is obvious room for improvement and he will get caught out for lack of height

doesn’t deserve the stick he gets

 

I like him but we need better

 

Certainly seems to be the new go to guy when folk want to moan about something, people can't wait to get a dig in on a match thread. Actually thought he was one of the better ones last night.

 

Can see he's trying. Just wished he'd stop running 40 yards with the ball only to then turn and pass it back everytime

 

Taylor and Christie.

 

And I can't really fault Christie. Sometimes we'll go through patches when we don't play well as a team, so it's difficult for any player to stand out as having a good game, especially getting played out of position. So long as the effort is there we can always work on things going wrong and things will click, and Christie works as hard as any player I've seen.

 

And despite the poor form across the board, has been one of the only ones to provide the cutting edge.

 

Or play Forrest on 1 wing and frimpong on the other. Taylor might be ok in a back 4 but he offers nothing as a wing back.

 

Play Elhamed at Lb until we get another one in.

 

Another game where he gave a player a chance on a plate. Did well.

 

The difference when we add a bit of pace down his side us frightening..

His first touch is poor. He's excruciatingly weak. He's targeted down his side. He's as slow as any full back I can remember..

Should've had an assist though..

He has become the whipping boy but there’s a reason for that.
