I like Boli but he's got a lot to work on.

You've said it before but getting by his man is a definite weak point, up against his man against Clyde on Sunday in the 2nd half and he struggled to tried to get by, the boy put his body in the way and won the foul. Not good enough, particularly against that standard of player. With his pace and power he should giving full backs a torrid time

At the moment we just look a far more balanced team with Taylor in there. He's not flashy and probably won't give you too many 9 out of 10 performances but he's dependable, knows his job and takes no *. Naismith went in with a fly late one on him last night and Taylor walked by with a smirk as if to say 'check the scoreline ya *'

    I'm only bantering mate, don't worry :101:

Aye he deffo does have a lot to work on but he's got the attributes for me..

Taylor is performing quite well though and we're starting to settle a bit in that position now..

Both fit and fighting it out should spur them on..

He still relies on his left foot massively but when he first broke through he couldn’t even pass with his right or dribble with it. By the time he left he was comfortable using it even if he wasn’t brilliant.

I said that Taylor needed a run of games to see where he was with fitting in and stepping up from Killie, he is now getting that and looks a better option than Bolingoli for me.

LB position is his for the time being.

His biggest improvement over Boli for me is composure, he looks up all the time and very rarely wastes the ball. He just doesn't try to hit the byline and cross without looking, he takes his time and picks his passes. Sometimes he slows us down, but rather that than kicking the ball without thought.

    Looking real good!

Love the fact that Taylor has found his way forward. He looked great the other night, I would have had him on the list for potential man-of-the-match....technically he went through 3 different Hearts Right Backs in 90 minutes

He seems to be being judged to a higher standard than others for me.

I think he’s looked good in flashes and is becoming more consistent as he gets more game time, naturally.

He’s never looked a bad player despite large chunks of the support seemingly writing him off.

Agreed. Thought that was his best game for us and was right up there for our man of the match against the diets. I am liking the improvements but he still has a ways to go for me.

I agree, can tell he was trying a bit too hard during his first few appearances but with an extended run he's grown in composure and confidence.

It's his place to lose for me. We're playing so well with him there and Boli still gives me the fear.

Gutted for him, hopefully not too bad.

Just starting to come on to a game.

Typical man, as soon the wee man is playing really well and gaining confidence he gets injured, hopefully nothing serious.

Lennon was thrilled to get out of Pittodrie with the points but he left sweating on the fitness of Greg Taylor, who limped off in the first half and is now a doubt for Thursday’s Europa League last 32 clash in Copenhagen.

Me personally I think he wanted to go off right away because he is champing at the bit to play in Europe on Thursday and was scared in case he aggravated it
